Shipping policy

Order Processing Times:

Book orders are processed within 7 days of order receipt. Books include free shipping.

Subscription box orders are processed on the 1st of each month. Please allow an additional 15 days for delivery. Expect an email around the 7th of the month to let you know your order is on the way! Shipping is included in the United States.

International Shipping Options:
We offer international shipping to Canada.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dotterer Educational Consulting is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

Local Delivery Options: We do not offer local delivery services for our products.

Potential Service Interruptions: Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of your control.

Order Tracking Details: You will receive an email containing an order confirmation. When your order is processed, another email with your tracking number will be generated. Please email info@cheridotterer.com in case of a lost package or processing concerns.
